Eileen Becker joined the firm in 2004, after working at two of Connecticut's largest firms. Her practice focuses on the representation of individuals and entities in personal injury cases, including claims of wrongful death, traumatic brain injury and various orthopedic injuries. She also has extensive experience in the representation of healthcare providers and facilities in healthcare-related litigation. She has successfully tried numerous jury cases to verdict.
Eileen is also a volunteer advocate with Lawyers for Children America. Through this organization, she is appointed by the court to represent children who are victims of abuse, abandonment and neglect.
She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association and the Hartford and New Haven County Bar Associations.
Eileen earned an A.B. from Syracuse University and a J.D. magna cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Connecticut (1994), New Jersey (1992) and Pennsylvania (1992). She is also admitted to practice in the Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Connecticut, the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Southern District of New York.
